Parish meeting agenda published

The meeting, at the Vale Douzaine Room, will start at 7.30pm and is to elect four douzeniers to replace Jeremy Smithies, Richard Digard, John Niles and Victoria Robinson.
Other elections are for a Constable, to replace Bill Cohu, and two members of the Parochial Cemetery Committee, Rosemary Henry and Mrs M. J. Harris.
Nomination forms are available from the Constables' Office, which is open from 10am until 1pm Monday-Friday. Completed forms have to be returned no later than 4pm on Monday 23 October.
Following the elections, electors and ratepayers will be asked to appoint auditors for the Constables' accounts for 2023 and to fix the time for parish meetings in 2024.
This will be followed by the equivalent of any other business, when parishioners are able to contribute under the heading, 'To take all such measures as the Electors and Ratepayers may deem advisable.'
